Downtown Ada Welcomes Mudpenny!

Downtown Ada is constantly growing, with new businesses, restaurants, and residents! Most recently, a coffee and bistro called Mudpenny.
Mudpenny was founded by Matthew Fuller in 2012, originally a coffee cart called ‘Grace Coffee’. He opened the first Mudpenny location in Grandville, MI with a small crew working a coffee bar and dining services. Since then, his business has expanded into a community that serves breakfast, sandwiches, snacks, and coffee around west Michigan. Mudpenny does a great job of catering to your personal needs, with meals that are vegetarian, vegan, or keto.
A few of Mudpennys top rated menu items are as follows:
The O.G Breakfast Sandwich: fried eggs, smoked cheddar, greens, garlic aioli on grilled bread.
Millennial Toast: avocado mash, chevre, bacon, soft egg, greens, grilled Field & Fire sunflower flax bread.
The Mary Todd Salad: spinach, roasted cauliflower, green peas, avocado mash, white wine vinaigrette, toasted almonds.
Mountie Sandwich: turkey, bacon, cheddar, maple bacon sweet potato mash, spinach, mayo, on naan.
Not only does Mudpenny offer amazing breakfast, lunch, and drink options, they are an excellent add to Ada Village with a unique drive to fuel the community's economy. To each dollar, Mudpenny donates 1 penny to invest back into neighborhood efforts and organizations.
Due to COVID-19, Mudpenny is only open for Takeout at the Ada Village location from Wednesday through Sunday from 8am-3pm. They plan to open dine in services on June 17th. To contact they have an order online option (https://order.mudpenny.com/mudpenny-ada/menu) or call ahead at (616) 259-5353.
