3 Qualities to look for in a Community!


Are you looking at moving into a new neighborhood? Here are three qualities you should look for when moving into a new community!

  1. Schools are so important whether you have kids or not. Living in a neighborhood with a good school system will allow your children to have a good education. However, living within a good school system can raise the resale value of your home. Websites like niche.com can give useful information about school systems within the neighborhood you’re interested in.

  2. Safety and emergency services, communities should have a police and fire station equipped with ambulances available closer to your neighborhood in case of emergency. Having an urgent care/doctors office accessible and nearby is a plus too! Having a good police force also allows opportunities for children to learn about safety measures and, if needed, a community that allows/has a neighborhood watch program to ensure safety.

  3. A sense of community, being able to talk to your neigh
