Real Estate: Adapting to New Circumstances

Now that real estate can open its doors again we are excited to get back into the swing of things. We know that during the buying and selling process touring a property is something that is fun and exciting for many. This helps you get a feel for a house, especially if you want to make that house your home. Although we have to follow health and safety guidelines, we want to make you feel as comfortable as possible during this process.

By working together to follow these guidelines we can make it happen because your health and safety is our #1 priority. The procedures that we will take in order to maintain a safe space, are as follows:

  • Reassuring all parties are not showing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Wearing protective face masks or coverings over your nose and mouth.

  • Sanitizing common areas, doorknobs, handles etc. before and after each visit.

  • Restricting the total amount of occupants in the space at one time.

  • Scheduling virtual tours whenever possible.

Touring a home is one of the most enjoyable parts of the buying process. This is something that we want to make available for you during these extraordinary circumstances, and by following the guidelines we can do just that. However, if a virtual tour is something you would rather do we will do our best to make that as interactive as possible for you. Trusting your agent is key in your home buying or selling experience.

Now let's make a house your home!
