Stay Active During Quarantine

COVID-19 has kept most people from getting out of the house. During a time of isolation, it is important to stay active.

Some exercises you could do at home:

  • Yoga

  • Weight lifting

  • Exercise videos

  • Pilates

  • Aerobics

  • Step work-outs

  • Wash-cloth/paper towel work-outs

Outside Exercises:

  • Jogging

  • Walking

  • Cycling

  • Bootcamp work-outs

  • Jump rope

  • Trampoline

  • Sports: such as basketball, football, volleyball, swimming, soccer, etc.

There are many options when it comes to maintaining physical activity during the stay-at-home order. It is important to keep the blood pumping and to raise the heart rate. Taking care of your psychical health can boost your immune system and moods.

Start small, and then work your way into a routine. You will notice a difference in your daily life. Get active!
