Position: Executive Assistant
For every successful business there is always a master-mind behind the scenes; the person whose hard work allows for everyone at the forefront to shine. For the Lucas Howard Group this is Rhonda Farr. Always willing to go the extra mile, Rhonda has earned a reputation throughout the real estate industry as a pow-erhouse administrator. Prior to joining the Lucas Howard Group, she served as the Director of Operations for all of Five Star Realty. Rhonda oversaw the daily operations of over 15 offices. Her scope of work included a little of everything; from new employee on-boarding to overseeing the telecom infrastructure and company software, managing new office construction, negotiating insurance, backing up the accoun-tant and last but not least, planning company events.
In her role with the Lucas Howard Group, Rhonda is the lead transaction coordinator. This role shifts Rhonda’s focus from the broker side to the agent/client side. She is thrilled to use all of her corporate experience in running a large company, to now assist the LHG agents in creating a seamless and unmatched customer service experience. A lifelong resident of West Michigan, Rhonda grew up in Wyoming, MI and currently lives in Jenison. Married for 36 years, she and her husband have three grown children and two grand daughters. Free time is valuable to Rhonda so when she is not working she tries to focus solely on her favorite things which include; being with family and friends, enjoying the great outdoors, crafting, sewing, scrapbooking, bowling, yoga, skating and watching hockey.
