Listing Specialist

Listing Specialist Job Purpose: To be the client care representative for the team. Insure that all details about the listing are up and accurate and look good.

 

Listing Specialist Job Duties: 

· Prospect for Leads and schedule appointments

· Attend appointments scheduled by other team members

· Prep for Listing appointment – Create CMA

· Prep all documents for Listing Coordinator

· Set expectations for clients

· Follow up weekly with clients

· Review all offers with clients

· Handle all negotiations

· Attend closings and insure clients have A+ client care

 

Skills/Qualifications: Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing

Education and Experience

· High school diploma

· formal computer training an advantage

· proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office

· accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed

· knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

· knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
