Inside Sales Agent 

Inside Sales Agent Job Purpose: Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities. Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets. Consult with real estate agents to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through the listing agreements.


Inside Sales Agent Job Duties: 

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and outbound cold calling to convert leads to appointments

  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections

  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agent

  • Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers

  • Database management to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up

  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market

  • Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services

  • Make 100-150 contacts per week calling on: Expireds/For Sale By Owners, Sphere of Influence, Past Clients/Database, Open Houses, and various other sources.

  • Conduct 10-20 hours of lead follow-up per week.

  • Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8 listing appointments weekly.

  • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners.

  • Track weekly goals and progress


Skills/Qualifications: Exceptional telephone skills-ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone.


Education and Experience

· High school diploma

· Licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan
