Work full time as an agent, helping the families we work with when they are buying or selling their home.

Following up with Leads provided by the Team and attend meetings set with clients by the Inside Sales Team.

Win new buying and listing clients by presenting Lucas Howard Groups unique value proposition, guiding clients to an appropriate home sales price, answering questions, and kicking off the home sale process.

Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and help clients understand next steps throughout the home selling and buying process.

Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred

Sales, Service or Customer service background preferred

1+ years of experience in the corporate world in a sales position or in a role requiring contract negotiations or managing vendor relationships



1+ years of experience in the services sector (restaurants, high-end retail, etc.)

Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations

Show good organizational and time management skills

Some weekend and evening hours required

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Willing and able to obtain a real estate license. (You do not need real estate experience to apply!)
